Payroll Officer
atThai Life Insurance PCL- หน้าที่และรายละเอียดของงาน
- จัดเตรียมและรวบรวมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจ่ายเงินเดือนให้เป็นหมวดหมู่
- นำเข้าข้อมูล เตรียมการจ่ายเงินเดือนของพนักงานและผู้บริหารตามระดับ ดังนี้
- 1 พนักงานและผู้บริหารสำนักงานใหญ่
- 2 ผู้บริหารตัวแทน ตั้งแต่ระดับผู้จัดการภาคขึ้นไป
- 3 พนักงาน กลุ่ม Telesale และพนักงาน กลุ่ม Sales Coordinator
- นำเข้าข้อมูลและเตรียมการจ่ายผลประโยชน์อื่นๆ ของพนักงานกลุ่มต่างๆ ดังนี้
- 1 กลุ่ม Telesale
- 2 กลุ่ม Sales Coordinator
- ดำเนินการจ่ายเงินเดือน, หักภาษี, หักประกันสังคม, หักกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ, หักเงินกู้
- นำส่งยอดสุทธิเข้าเงินเดือนจ่ายให้กับธนาคาร
- นำส่งรายการหักให้กับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ดังนี้
- 1 นำส่งภาษีให้กรมสรรพากร
- 2 นำส่งเงินกองทุนให้กับบริษัทจัดการกองทุน
- 3 นำส่งประกันสังคมให้กับกองทุนประกันสังคม
- 4 นำส่งเงินกู้ธนาคารสงเคราะห์, ธนาคารออมสิน
- คุณสมบัติ
- เพศชาย อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี - โท สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 0-5 ปี (ยินดีรับพิจารณานักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- มีความกระตือรือร้น ละเอียดรอบคอบ และซื่อสัตย์
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป และโปรแกรมMS. Officeได้ดี
- มีทักษะความสามารถทางด้านการใช้ Excel อย่างดีเยี่ยม
