Talent Acquisition Executive

Accountabilities:
  • Work closely with the hiring manager to understand their needs, requirements and expectations.
  • Generate and submit job post on both internal and external channels
  • Source and recruit the suitable candidates and develop relationships with prospective talent from various channel.
  • Review resumes and assess interview performance and also complete all screening activities.
  • Manage all interview process.
  • Facilitate on-boarding process, handle hiring paper work for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee database or ATS (if any)
  • Prepare and update assigned recruitment reports
  • Participate in recruitment project assignment ie. Career Fair, Walk In Interview
  • Perform administrative and documentation support for recruitment-related tasks or/and activities
  • Lead hiring process including hiring document collection, criminal check, medical check, conduct reference check, etc.
  • Lead in recruitment project assignment of Career Fair, RS Walk In Interview by acting as PM managing end to end process with post evaluation with stake holders and line manager
  • Be a key person to drive EVP agenda both offline and online. Able to propose EVP plan especially for LinkedIn channel on monthly content agenda. This will be guided and supported from TA Manager
Qualification and Experience:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree is required
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably from FMCG
  • Having solid knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting components, including: search strategy, sourcing, engagement, qualification, assessment, candidate relationship management, compensation, and on boarding.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Deep internet research and networking skills that enables one to build a consistent and sustainable talent pipeline
  • PC literacy in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)
  • Identify any differentiating behaviors, leadership skills or soft skills required for success in the role.
  • Good communication, team player and strong cross functional work
  • Sense of urgency, able to look in the big picture and flexible
  • English is at communicable to good level
