Job Summary
Deliver efficient, consistent and high-quality on-site People & Culture services to assigned countries/location for excellent employee experience. The People Excellence Partner is a customer-facing People & Culture role who is responsible for providing partnering & operational support in different disciplines across the People & Culture function
The People Excellence Partner is a main focus to connect with P&C colleagues of each site to ensure that the raised queries of cases has been managed effectively and properly. The role will also partner with P&C COE especially Talent Acquisition team to support hiring/transferring activities in SuccessFactor.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide People & Culture support and expertise to the business, answering and giving guidance to employee and manager questions about People & Culture programs, policies, and other People & Culture-related items
- Provide point of contact and support for people managers for those based in manufacturing sites
- Provide expertise, guidance and coaching to customers for complex and sensitive questions or support needs
- Lead ER/IR cases for standard cases and provide ER/IR support to P&C BPs as required for complex cases
- Advise on performance management issues, lead investigations, and warning letter (if needed)
- Where appropriate, provide career guidance and coaching to individuals and managers.
- Liaise with Learning & Capability Manager to identify talent development needed for manufacturing.
- Liase with both internal and external training service provider to organize training for staff in Rayong plant. Including to maintain training recorded, submit training data to Skill Development and responsible for training audit.
- Being internal trainer for manufacturing after been certified e.g. objective setting for site operator, Suntory Leadership Spirit(SLS).
- Promote DE&I and build people engagement, including managing attrition rates at plant.
- Manage general People & Culture Services processes like employee data, org charts, HRIS and enabling technology queries, vendor management, voluntary separation, talent and learning admin, compensation and benefits admin
- Be the first point-of-contact regarding all employee queries and perform transactions in HR systems
- Act as the primary liaison between employees and other People & Culture service Tiers including People Excellence Team and CoE Specialist Services and support the escalation of issues to BPs and COEs as needed in line with the operating, service delivery and governance models
- Assist PE Lead to promote Ask P&C Platform through different channels such as Line Account/ developed Production Media and deliver some educational session promoting the platform to all Thailand sites.
- Assist PE Lead to ensure that the SPBT data is maintained accuracy as much as possible.
- Assist PE Lead to support system enhancement processes for SPBT as assigned.
- Maintain and Provide HR Metrics: Track and analyse data regarding staffing, retention, turnover, exit interviews, and other information necessary and provide insights for people decisions Meet defined SLA metrics for providing accurate, consistent and timely responses to process, policy and systems inquiries
- Other ad-hock assigned by P&C BP Manager e.g. being panel interviewer to select talent candidate for plant, plant activities.
Skill and Experience:
- 5 years direct experience with solid understanding and working knowledge of broad HR functional areas, compliance regulations and business processes in market
- Experience in training and people development, ER/LR and understanding of local laws for generalists dealing with such queries with strong people partnering skills
- Good commands in English written and spoken language skills with an ability to understand employee queries and interact with different stakeholder in HR and business
- Knowledge of fundamental HR practices including employee data, talent management, etc.
- Possess strong technical acumen, including Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow experience a plus)
