Job Responsibilities :

Manpower management to support Utilities operation 24/7 as per production plan and PM required. Support engineering team and provide solution, analysis and troubleshooting for machines equipment to keep machines are running 24/7. Operation management in Utilities supplies to production lines without shortage such as High voltage supply, Boiler, air compressor 8 bar, air compressor 40 bar, refrigeration system, etc. Preventive & Corrective maintenance in Utilities machines and serve to production with good efficient. Develops reviews and updates of machines operation preventive & corrective maintenance program to ensure the readiness of all the plant equipment in order to meet the production volume requirement. Plan and perform annually preventive maintenance for Electrical system 115KV – 22KV. Provide mandatory training plan for technician according to safety, law, FM global and others requirement. Monitoring and report monthly utility consumption and provide improvement needs. Set the preventive maintenance plan for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and coordinate with machine maker or supplier for overhauling schedule. Drive routine 5S in utility building and maintain as daily management. Provides appropriate counsel to subordinates. Coaches team for proper guidance in connection with their functions and responsibilities. Developing the Process parameter and continue improvement for productivity, Safety, food safety, and Sustainability. Performs other tasks / duties in support of the goals and objective of the business. Follow OFS Procedure and monitoring process to ensure that Product without Quality Food Safety Issue. Follow Safety Procedure and monitoring process to ensure that machine and equipment without Safety Issue Follow job / task assignment from Engineering Manager. Skills and Experiance : Bachelor's degree or higher of Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or other related Engineering Profession. Minimum of 5 years' experience in food or beverage manufacturing operations. Working knowledge of PET manufacturing process is advantage. Understanding of fundamental of equipment, knowledge of problem solving and preventive/corrective maintenance concept. Utilities and Facility technical knowledge in Principle of Engineering and familiar with production planning and PM required. Excellent understanding of High Voltage, Boiler, Air compressor, refrigeration system, AHU system, energy saving, etc. Excellent understanding of Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Spare Part Management, and People plan. Computer skills are also necessary to work with software SAP – PM module and different engineering technologies. Excellent understanding engineering tools such as MTTR, MTBF, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, etc. Have certificate of energy conservative from the government is in advantage. Good knowledge and computer skill such as MS-office, AutoCAD, MS-Project, etc. Good command of spoken, written English and communication in Thai as well.
