Job Summary and Mission

This position contributes to Starbucks success by providing strategic leading to the recruitment team. This function consists of recruiters and a support team that is responsible for attracting, assessing, sourcing, and hiring partners to achieve the company's growth agenda. Develops and implements strategies that drive results, support talent goals and align to the company culture.


Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for implementing a retail strategy by seeking out and recruiting store and restaurant operators.
  • Conducts or oversees interviews, selections, and placement process, ensuring that recommended candidate meet client requirements in term of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and other competencies related to personal and company success.
  • Ensures that the recruitment and hiring process complies with company policies and procedures.
  • Internal posting and identification of potential candidates.
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
  • Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers

Summary of Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in Recruitment Specialist / Human Resources field
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management or any related field


Basic Qualifications (For example)

  • Have Retail Recruitment is preferable.
  • Good command of English Skilled
  • Ability to maintain strictly confidential.
