Procurement / Sourcing Project Manager
atStarbucks Coffee (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- 5 years’ working experience in supply chain

Responsibilities:
Support to Hong Kong Maxim’s Caterers Headquarter
- Perform in depth suppliers sourcing & contract negotiation based on the strategic commodities assigned by Hong Kong headquarter
- Drive supply chain sourcing development and R&D projects deliverables, include the roadmap tracking from raw materials to packing process
- Conduct supplier’s manufacturing assessment & process validation for pilot production projects
- Carry out market research on sourcing network and related industrial affiliates or associations to strengthen supply base connection
Support to Starbucks Thailand
- Perform suppliers/products’ sourcing for new brand(s) set up / opening in Thailand and/or other southeast Asia markets of company as appropriate
- Work closely with company local supply chain teams on all supply chain related matters to support new brands/businesses growth
Education
Degree holders preferable in business or supply chain area
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in supply chain, proven records in managing suppliers sourcing & development program, with knowledge in food & beverage industry and business model. Preferable with food sourcing and products development experiences.
Skill | Abilities
- Good written and verbal communication in English & Thai
- Proficient in MS office especially in Excel & PowerPoint
- Good presentation skills to communicate project roadmap with business solution
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimum supervision on multiple projects development
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to business partners driving project results & deliverables
- Travelling across countries are required
