Executive Assistant to CMO
atSrichand United Dispensary Co., Ltd.ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities)
- In charge of daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination between departments
- Manage agendas, appointments or any other arrangements for CMO
- Support marketing team in organizing various projects
- Prepare marketing report, proposal, presentation or required paperwork
- Communicate with partners, influencers, or media on behalf of the team
- Prepare marketing material (brochure, leaflet, etc.) as required
- Compose and post content for company’s website or other social media
คุณสมบัติ (Qualification)
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Executive Assistant , Marketing Assistant
- Great communication and people skills
- Well organized, multi-tasking, with sense of urgency
- Good command of English, and can operate with MS Office and other modern day tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and interact with the many different departments the CMO is involved with on a daily basis.
- Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent use of Microsoft products, including Outlook Calendar, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
