Job Summary:

Act as the single focal point of contact between the Contractor and Company. You will be responsible for overall contract oversight, personnel administration, workforce logistics, SSHE alignment, and operational execution for offshore/onshore manpower services.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary focal point for all Company contract requirements, operational activities, and service delivery matters.

Manage timesheets, leave allowances, travel arrangements, onboarding, and replacement processes for all Contractor personnel, including monthly invoicing.

Work closely with the Client, maintaining a presence at the Client's Bangkok office at least 3 days per week during contract setup and the initial rollout phase.

Hold regular site and service quality meetings with Contractor personnel and Company representatives to ensure smooth contract execution and progress reporting.

Maintain and register personnel data required for transportation, SSHE compliance, and other administrative database requirements.

Exercise full authority to manage engaged personnel while ensuring full compliance with applicable laws, safety practices, and Company rules.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or any related fields.

Minimum of

3 years of hands-on experience

in

Contract Management or Project Management for Manpower Services

Fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage personnel, resolve operational bottlenecks, and liaise effectively across multi-disciplinary teams.

Excellent computer application skills.

Good command of both written and spoken English.

Working Days & Time:

Monday - Friday, 08.00 a.m. - 05.00 p.m.
