PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Coordinate with the Sales team and customers to schedule customer visits according to assigned plans or as directed.

• Provide technical advice, product information, and product application demonstrations or testing based on customer requirements.

• Prepare customer service reports and other related reports for the manager.

• Increase the sale volume in Northeastern area, Keep the old customer base and increase new customer base in Northeastern area.

• Attend product training sessions, meetings, and technical workshops as scheduled or assigned.

• Participate in and support marketing activities, promotional programs, exhibitions, demonstrations, and other company events.

• Perform other duties related to technical customer service and support activities as assigned.

• Strictly comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 requirements, as well as all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction, Civil Engineering, or related fields.

Experience

• Sales in Concrete Admixture, Ready Mix Concrete, Cement or Sales in construction

• 1-3 years of experience in technical sales executive, technical support, or related fields.

• Ability to operate car

• Familiarity with routes and locations within Northeastern area

Other

• Car driving licenses.
