Fleet Subcontract Management (SPX Express)
atShopee (Thailand) Co., Ltd.The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with 10-20 subcontractors, to negotiate on behalf of SPX Express.
- Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, addressing any issues or concerns from and to internal teams, escalate critical issues to seniors if needed.
- Monitor subcontractor performance through regular assessments and performance reviews.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in key account, logistics, supply chain management or related fields
- Experience working with subcontractors or vendors is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g. Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides)
- Can do attitude, able to work in a fast paced environment environment
