Assistant Strategic Campaign Project Management Lead (Shopee)

The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. Job Description:
- Lead strategic marketing campaigns team with end-to-end starting from opportunity identification to execution and performance optimization. Examples of potential scopes include penetrating a new product launch, activating more spending, etc.
- Strategize projects to meet platform direction
- Manage different stakeholder across team and department in projects
- Support executions of top-down marketing campaigns and A/B testings
- Collaborate cross-departmentally from Business Development, Operations, Customer Service, Product, to Online MKT to drive campaign success
- Monitor key performance indicators arrange regular reporting to team leads and management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above from accredited university majoring in Business, marketing and communicated or related field
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in e-commerce, campaign marketing, or commercial team or user campaign team is a plus
- Strong leadership skills, proven track record of successful team management
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams with strong problem solving skills, adaptive in fast-paced environments
- Strong projects management skills; able to lead and PMO cross-functional projects
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) in English
