Director Of Sales & Marketing

atRWP Co., Ltd. (Ramayana Water Park)
  1. To responsible for the creation, implementation and delivery of the online and offline marketing strategies.
  2. To ensure that all programs are monitored and tested for effectiveness and to maintain a tight control over the marketing budget.
  3. Create a marketing program & activity plan to promote the company’s products.
  4. Create and maintain a desirable image within the marketplace.
  5. Create an ongoing series of visitation triggers within the marketplace.
  6. Plan and develop marketing strategies, pricing strategies, program- and promotions to effectively meet the needs and capture all the target markets identified.
  7. Identify target market groups and segments and source for new client accounts.
  8. Work closely with advertising agency for all advertising media and public relation matters.
  9. To seek sponsorship for supporting waterpark activities, concerts and entertainment in waterpark.
  10. Manage the graphic design for all materials for Sales, Marketing and others.
  11. Manage and maintain company Social Media presence and digital medias.
  12. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  13. Maintain and update solution to existing customer and manage a satisfaction rate of more than 90 % of all visitors.
  14. Design agency / concierge remuneration scheme and contracts.
  15. Close contracts with key partners.
  16. Plan sales organization structure, incl. Corporate and Educational sales functions.
  17. Recruit sales force.
  18. Develop, lead and retain effective sales team.
  19. Build strong relationships with travel agents and hotel concierges in Pattaya and Bangkok area.
  20. Develop and implement effective and efficient promotional strategies.
  21. Ensure traffic flow through organized sales.
  22. Collaborate with other consumer attractions.
