Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with HoReCa clients, including hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses, to drive sales of kitchenware and tableware products.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HoReCa and foodservice sectors to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.

• Present and promote kitchenware products to both new and existing clients, ensuring that product recommendations meet customer requirements and industry standards.

• Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve sustainable business growth and profitability.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine and develop effective sales strategies.

• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–5 years of food service sales experience or HoReCa industry

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with good command of English (both written and spoken).

• Strong understanding or network within the hotel and restaurant industry is highly preferred.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Must have own car and a valid driving license.
