Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the Accounting and Treasury functions across Ripples Commerce and its subsidiaries.

You will be responsible for ensuring timely month-end closing under TFRS, group consolidation, Thai tax compliance, treasury and cash flow management, A/R and A/P discipline, audit readiness, and strong internal controls.

The role will work closely with the Controller, CFO, business units, FP&A, Strategy & PMO, external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders as the business continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Own month-end and year-end closing across multiple entities under TFRS

• Review GL transactions, trial balances, financial statements, and supporting schedules

• Prepare consolidated financial statements, including intercompany eliminations and RPT reconciliations

• Support management reporting and variance analysis against prior periods and budgets

Tax & Compliance

• Oversee CIT, VAT, WHT, SBT, stamp duty, and other applicable tax filings

• Ensure accounting records are reconciled with tax filings and properly documented

• Support transfer pricing documentation and related-party transaction disclosures

• Coordinate with the Revenue Department and other regulators when required

Treasury & Working Capital

• Manage daily cash positions, cash flow forecasts, and banking operations

• Control payment runs according to the Company's approval matrix

• Maintain banking relationships and support credit facility requirements

• Monitor A/R collection, aging, DSO, A/P scheduling, and DPO

Audit, Controls & Process Improvement

• Coordinate directly with external auditors throughout the audit cycle

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, approval matrices, and internal controls

• Identify and resolve accounting and process control gaps

• Support ERP implementation, process automation, SOP development, and accounting manual improvements

Team Leadership & Business Partnering

• Lead, review, and coach the Accounting team across GL, A/R, and A/P

• Partner with business units and cross-functional teams to resolve accounting matters and support new initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting with supervisory/review experience

• Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards and tax compliance

• Multi-entity closing and group consolidation experience is strongly preferred

• Big 4 or audit firm experience is an advantage

• Qualified as an accountant-in-charge under the Accounting Act; CPA (Thailand) is an advantage

• Good command of Thai and English

• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-growing environment
