We are looking for the best IT Recruiter that can find the best of the best CV's / resumes for various IT consultant positions. You will target Java / .NET Developers, Software Testers, System Analysts and/or any IT position as required by RingZero Professional Service.

• Finding skilled candidates through online job database, and personal social networks
• A go-getter who can attract candidates to RingZero's Professional Services
• Interview with candidates, explaining to them about roles and determine how well they will fit in available positions
• Can communicate and negotiate with clients and candidates
• Keep relevant tracking systems / CRM up-to-date when seeking candidates

• Thai National
• Degree in IT, Engineering, Science or Business from a reputable university. North American or UK degree would be an advantage
• Strong work experience as a professional IT recruiter
• Strong English and Thai (oral, written) communications skills
• Strong analytical and business skills
• Attend various networking events to find candidates and help identify potential clients
• Ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivated, self-learning and self-discipline
• Ability to manage time and prioritization of work tasks
• 3 to 5 years work experience as IT Recruiter in international recruitment organization is preferable.
• Excellent command of English (oral & written) is preferable.
