The position focused on the skilled electrical engineer with background in design and engineering. The position will require the ability to gather adequate information for project feasibility, project design and planning as well as project costing. As the main business of Prolific Group is in Heating Equipment industry, thus electrical engineer with also knowledge in mechanical engineering is a plus.

• Gathering scope of service work from the client including repair, preventive maintenance, overhaul, new design, as well as problem feedback through visit customers to know customers' requirements. This also includes drafting the basic drawing/specification of work in order to gather adequate information for project feasibility, project design and planning as well as project costing.
• Issue the quotation for repair/maintenance/overhaul works by analyzing the working process, determine number of worker, and number of working day required; contacting & coordinating with subcontract for quotation request. Roles for the manager. All in accurate/effective manner.
• Issue specification sheet (in case of the repair and maintenance work with the price higher than 100,000 THB, or new furnace project). The role require preparation for purchase request for equipment, spare parts and material needed for maintenance or new furnace; Plan for work schedule and update the progress to report manager and client.
• Coordinate with sales and the client for confirmation of onsite working plan and reporting of working progress as well as coordinating with client for safety requirement and safety training in order to produce effective and efficient project schedule.
• Problem solving skill is required in order to control of onsite work at the client location by review any problem occurred, analyzing the cause and report to the manager & client. The roles involves determination of containment action and corrective action so that there is no technical issue and safety issue during onsite work. In case of project delay, coordinate with sales and the client for discussion for review and adjust the working schedule.
• The role in handover the work to the client starts from the preparation for repair/maintenance report, preparation of project handover sheet, while for the new machine, prepares and collect user manual as well as operation test.
• In the Quality management system, the roles include implementation of ISO 9001 requirements, working in accordance with quality requirement, quality policy, quality objectives, procedures, work instruction and other process control documentation, implementation of problem solving for any nonconformity occurred in the quality management system in appropriate time and approach in order to prevent quality management system nonconformity and solve QMS system on time.

• Bachelor of Engineering majored in Electrical of Electronics
• Experience is a plus but not required

• Good command in English
