Key Responsibilities

• AI Solution Development: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions, from ideation and design through to deployment and ongoing support.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment with business needs.

• Technical Excellence: Apply prompt engineering te chniques , optimise AI model performance, develop machine learning models, build agentic AI systems, and leverage AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio .

• Best Practices: Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and ethically compliant, staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry standards.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least seven years’ direct experience in AI or machine learning development, ideally in a business environment.

• Proven record designing, deploying, and supporting AI solutions for commercial clients.

• Experience managing complex projects and working with cross-functional teams. Consulting experience is advantageous .

Required technical skill s:

• Proficiency with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch , JAX).

• Strong software development skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or R.

• E xperience with Azure cloud and AI services (e.g., Azure AI services, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric), as well as familiarity with other cloud platforms.

• Solid understanding of data engineering principles, tools, and big data technologies, with experience building data pipelines on Azure and awareness of alternative options.

• Knowledge of natural language processing and computer vision techniques is a plus.

• Experience in multi-agent systems and collaborative AI is a plus.

• Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or team management experience.

• Highly adaptable, with a continuous learning mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
