Key responsibilities

Support the development of social media strategy and monthly content plan

• Generate creative content ideas based on brand objectives, trends, and audience insights

• Write content briefs and work closely with designers, photographers, and videographers

• Review and provide constructive feedback on creative assets to ensure brand consistency

• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement

• Source, coordinate, and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, media, and brand partners

• Manage KOL seeding, collaborations, and campaign execution

• Track campaign results and prepare performance reports

• Support campaign planning and execution across online and offline channels

• Coordinate with shopping malls, landlords, agencies, and external partners

About you

• 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, Social Media, Content Marketing, or related field

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends

• Experience in content planning, briefing creatives, and reviewing design work

• Passion for food, café culture, lifestyle, fashion, or hospitality brands
