Photobook Worldwide is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist that will provide an awesome experience to our customers.
 

Responsibilities

• Support customer requests, enquiries & complaints in a friendly and polite manner on multiple channels including but not limited to LINE, Facebook, Shopee, Lazada

• Responding to negative reviews - and proactively asking for positive reviews on multiple channels including but not limited to App Store, Google Play, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook

• Use the current tools or work with relevant departments to help effectively diagnose and solve the issue at hand

• Support with finance tasks including claims, payments, and forms submissions

• Help tend to the booth at events exhibition when necessary

• Moderate comments on Facebook and Instagram ads to help improve brand image

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
• Good communication skills for handling different kinds of customers
• Able to respond to customers during off-hours via chat
• Very fluent in Thai. Able to converse in English.
• Patient in handling different types of customers
