Assistant HR Manager / HR Manager (2 Positions)

1) Assistant HR Manager (Benefit & Welfare)

Job Description:
  • Responsible for HR functions all related to Benefits & Welfare especially Payroll and Evaluation performance (Bonus, career path).
  • Ensure wages, personal income tax, social security fund and provident fund.
  • Key in new employee's data into internal database
  • Give knowledge and promote related Co. rule & regulation, health insurance, taxes, social security fund and provident fund.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
  • Internal communication concern with GA issues to all employees, public board arrangement and information sharing.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Political Sciences, Public Administration or related field.
  • At least 7 years experiences level Assistant Manager or Manager level in Human Resource functions in Automotive, Electronic or related manufacturing fields.
  • Have experience to manage subordinate 3 persons up.
  • Familiar in Automotive business from manufactory and have been worked in company which have 1,000 employees up.
  • Good command of English
  • Experience in Benefits & Welfare.
  • Computer literacy.
2) HR Manager

Job Description:

  • Monitor overall HR operations include HRM, HRD, ER, Labor Union, Payroll and GA fields.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Design, plan and implements as company’s employee relations programs, policies and procedures.
  • Maintain good communication and positive relationships with employee to promote employee satisfaction.
  • Control testing and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
    assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Support Top Management and prepare report when necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Business Administration or any related fields.
  • At least 10 year-experience in HR generalist role from Large Manufacturing Company.
  • Experiences from Automotive, Electronic or related manufacturing is preferred.
  • Familiar in Automotive, Electronic business from manufactory and have been worked in company which have 1,000 employees up.
  • Strong leadership ability with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Labor Union experiences.
  • Good command of English.
  • Computer literacy.
