SEO Specialist (Junior)
atPacy Media Co., Ltd.We are looking for an SEO Specialist, graduated or experienced in SEO or related skill (programmer, analyst, SEO content writer), to be a part of our team and responsible for SEO strategy planning, analysis, technical work, reporting, improve workflows, and ensure high-quality performance across multiple client projects.
- Plan and execute SEO strategies across different industries
- Plan, analyze, execute, and communicate for the best client success
- Analyze data, implement technical work, reporting, improve workflows, and ensure high-quality performance across multiple client projects
- Discuss and meeting with client on plan and result
- Review and improve technical SEO, including indexing, structure, schema, and site quality
- Analyze data from GSC, GA4, and SEO tools to find insights and opportunities
- Build charts, reports, and dashboards that show clear performance trends
- Prepare monthly summaries and explain results in a simple, logical way
- Join client meetings and answer technical SEO questions confidently
- Create and maintain SEO workflow, processes, and best practices
- Suggest improvements to content, technical setups, and site structure
- Think ahead and evaluate scenarios to help guide strategy
- Pay close attention to details in reports, numbers, and accuracy
- Collaborate with content, development, and internal teams when necessary
- Stay updated with search trends and apply practical improvements
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Strong numerical, mathematical, and analytical skills
- Proven experience in SEO, including on-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, and performance analysis is a plus
- Able to interpret SEO data and turn findings into clear, practical recommendations
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Fast learner who can quickly understand new tools, platforms, and processes
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Honest, responsible, and accountable for assigned work and results
- Demonstrates integrity and professionalism when working with clients and team members
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple projects effectively
- Able to work independently while collaborating well with others
