Site Engineer / Project Engineer
atPace Interior Services Co., Ltd.- Manage the construction team including assist in recruitment and performance management of all oversight personnel
- Assist in the recruitment of project personnel
- Organization of all site activities, Superintendent personnel and materials
- Fully understanding the scope of work contained in the project manuals, drawings, plans, specifications and all other project documents
- Mentoring all personnel that are direct reports in a professional and positive manner
- Establishes the flow of work schedule and reviews weekly updates and corrections
- Attend all necessary and required coordination meetings
- Produces all Sub-contractors scopes of work ensuring a complete project buy-out
- Reviews and approves all Subcontractor payment applications and material supplier invoices Verifies all material take-offs and produces material lists
- Identify changes in the scope of work and obtain all documentation necessary to submit Change Orders to Sub-contractors
- Prepare all project reporting documents for submission as may be required
- Ensure a clean, safe and environmentally conscious job site
- Ensure that the work in place is to the highest possible quality and standards
- Conducting coordination meetings with superintendents, schedulers, sub-contractors and material suppliers
- Collaborate with the Safety Manager to ensure the safest possible job site
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer or related field.
- years management experiences in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong negotiation skills with contractors and clients
- Leading and mentoring in a respectful and professional manner
- Advanced ability to read, understand and implement all Architectural, MEP, Life Safety, Interior Design drawings and specification manuals typical to the construction industry
- Scheduling, on a task level detail, all aspects of a construction project
- Intermediate knowledge in applying and understanding all Microsoft Suite applications
- Able to work under pressure and be committed to deadlines.
