Key Account Executive - Modern Trade (Chain Store)

The Position

The Key Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships within the Wholesale and Modern Trade (Chain Store) channels (Phamahof , I Care Health, eXta(CP All), Savedrug, P&F, Lotus, Med Care D-Chain). This role focuses on Joint Business Planning, customer partnership development, project leadership, product recommendation growth, and sustainable business expansion.

Responsibilities

Account Management & Sales Performance

Manage and develop key accounts within Wholesale and Modern Trade channels.

Achieve and exceed sales, market share, and business objectives.

Develop and execute account-specific business plans.

Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.

Joint Business Planning & Strategic Partnership

Develop, negotiate, and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key customers.

Build strategic partnerships and create win-win business solutions.

Identify new growth opportunities and strengthen long-term cooperation.

Project & Program Management

Lead customer-focused projects and business development programs.

Coordinate Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.

Monitor KPIs and business outcomes to ensure successful execution.

Product Promotion & Recommendation Driving

Present pharmaceutical products to pharmacists and assistant pharmacists.

Drive product recommendation and product adoption through innovative initiatives.

Increase product visibility, distribution, and customer engagement.

Business Development & Market Intelligence

Identify new business opportunities and partnership initiatives.

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.

Recommend innovative business solutions to improve performance.

Stakeholder Management & Operational Excellence

Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key customers.

Operate with transparency, real-time communication, and a proactive mindset.

Effectively prioritize responsibilities and deliver business plans successfully.

Required Education, Experience and Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Nursing, or related fields.

Proven experience in Key Account Management within Modern Trade, Chain Store, Wholesale, or Pharmaceutical channels.
