Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support AOI-Packing Machine, tooling, and automation (robot).

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on semiconductor equipment and computer systems/software

• Implement continual improvement programs, parts overhauls, preventive maintenance, modifications, and repair work on equipment.

• Evaluate and release new machines.

• Coordinate logistics arrangements and collaborate with suppliers on equipment-related matters.

• Monitor machine performance, generate regular update reports, and track OEE, efficiency, cost, and quality control.

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical, Electronic, Automation Engineering or a related field.

• 0-2 years' experience in Semiconductor/electronics industry or related fields

• Good communication in Thai and English and Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.

• Highly motivated individual capable of working independently.

• Availability to work or be on standby during after-office hours, weekends, and public holidays for critical issue.

• Ability to work under high pressure.

• Computer literacy in MS Office, Excel, Power point, Power BI, etc.

• Understand automation (robotic) and programming. (advantage)
