คุณสมบัติ
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานประกันคุณภาพ (QA/QC) ในธุรกิจเกษตรหรือผลไม้ อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีความรู้ด้านมาตรฐานคุณภาพ เช่น GMP, ISO ฯลฯ
- สามารถเดินทางไปต่างจังหวัด และลงพื้นที่สวนได้
- มีทักษะการบริหารทีม การสื่อสาร และการแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ และเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐานได้ดี
งานที่รับผิดชอบ
- วางแผน ควบคุม และตรวจสอบคุณภาพของวัตถุดิบ (ผลไม้) ตลอดกระบวนการก่อนการส่งออก
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพผลผลิตจากสวนก่อนรับเข้าโรงคัดบรรจุ (ล้งผลไม้)
- ประสานงานกับแผนกจัดซื้อ หรือส่งเสริมการเกษตร เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าวัตถุดิบได้มาตรฐาน
- กำกับดูแลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- ดูแลระบบเอกสารคุณภาพ และการรับรองมาตรฐาน
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและเกษตรกร เพื่อปรับปรุงและพัฒนาคุณภาพผลผลิต
- รับผิดชอบในการตรวจติดตามคุณภาพสินค้า และตอบสนองต่อข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า
- บริหารและพัฒนาทีมงาน QA ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
- เตรียมความพร้อมในการตรวจประเมินจากลูกค้า
