Procurement Officer

atNinja Logistic (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
  • Sourcing the product that users require
  • Communicate and follow up closely with suppliers on a daily
  • Ensure that invoices are correctly sent to accounts for payment
  • Prepare and maintain Procurement reports
  • Have work experience in purchasing
  • Track manpower/truck progress (including quantity/delivery etc.)
  • Coordinate and handle issues and problems between subcontractors and ninja office
  • Bachelor's Degree or 1 year work experience in procurement, project, or event management
  • Good level of excel skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate in English both speaking and writing
  • Fresh graduate are welcome
