A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders and related teams to study, pilot and/or implement activities to develop field-based sales team and drive solutions to build and improve sales capabilities & salesforce effectiveness
- Lead and drive both internal and external capability agenda
- Develop and implement an induction program
- Drive and monitors performance evaluation
- Analyze and evaluate training needs/gaps on an on-going basis to keep trainings current, effective and result driven
- Set up NDP and Area Sales Executive KPIs
- DOY and SOY

ARE YOU A FIT?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; with 5 years experience in sales or marketing; Intermediate English level
- Understand all sales functions i.e. Trade Marketing, Customer, Field Sales
- Strong experience in Sales Capability Development, Field Sales Management, Distributor Management Best Practice, Market Intelligence and Channel/Shopper Trends
- Good knowledge of channel structure and opportunities in the region
- Strong Thai & English communication skill is a must
- Able to travel extensively in upcountry
