We are specialists in the development, manufacture, and sale of test systems for bare printed circuit boards.

Position Overview

Working with Mycronic's Global Technologies division, within the Precision Testing business line (atgMycronic), the Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise to customers, including working with customers to install, maintain and repair purchased products or services. This role will interface directly with customers, sales staff and various levels of management to manage, install and/or resolve system software and hardware failures, product performance issues and user quality improvements. The Service Engineer will assist sales representatives when they meet with clients to assist in sales demonstrations and answer customer questions regarding the technical capabilities of products or services. Travel is required to perform the activities of this role, and is anticipated to be between 75% to 90% within Thailand. This position will have the opportunity to travel to Germany and Taiwan for orientation and training. Comprehensive product training will be provided in Taiwan, China or Germany.

Compensation

• Base salary: 45,000 THB Above monthly
• Annual bonus: Equivalent to one (1) month's salary (13th month)
• Car allowance: 10,000 THB per month
• Provident Fund (PVD): 3% employer contribution
• Other benefits: Reimbursements for work-related expenses and overtime (OT) based on submitted reports
