• จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องเช่น สูตร, กระบวนการผลิต, Product Spec.
• สรุปข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องในการคำนวณ Cost เช่น % Yield, %Formula
• มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายและระบบคุณภาพที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร
• รู้หลักการและสามารถประเมินอายุการเก็บรักษาผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร.
• อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี.
• จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรี หรือ โท ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร เช่น Retort, Frozen, ซอส 5 - 10 ปี.
• มีทักษะการบริหารทีมงาน.
• มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และศึกษานวัตกรรมใหม่ๆ เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร.
• สามารถเดินทางเพื่อประสานงานกับบริษัทในเครือได้.
