About the role

MEO Jewelry Co., Ltd. is seeking a Junior Customer Relations professional to join our customer relations team on a full-time basis in Bang Yai, Nonthaburi. In this entry-level customer-facing role, you will be the voice of our company, building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients whilst addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care. This position is essential to our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term loyalty to the MEO Jewelry brand.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with top-tier jewelry brands across the globe in order to further develop new collections and process requested order, issue invoices, and participate in delivery lead time planning.

• Work as a liaison between the export office and the sales team in measuring customers' satisfaction and developing new marketing strategies to expand customer base.

• Communicate clients' product specifications and requirements to the operation management team

• Co-ordinate with other departments' managers to solve product development and production issues to reflect the requirements of the client.

• Issue Invoice and review export documents involved with each project's transactions.

What we're looking for

• Fluent in English 4 skills (reading, listening, speaking and Writing).

• Possesses effective negotiation and communication skills.

• Highly organized with good management skills.

• Intermediate Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Capable of working under pressure and tight deadline. *some experience in customer relations/purchasing in any industry is an additional bonus for consideration
