Supervisor, Cardiology Center
atMedpark Hospital- Supervise daily operations and patient flow in the Cardiology Center.
- Oversee nursing care and ensure compliance with clinical standards and patient safety requirements.
- Coordinate patient assessments, treatments, diagnostic procedures, and follow-up care.
- Support physicians and multidisciplinary teams in delivering cardiovascular services.
- Monitor nursing documentation, quality indicators, and service outcomes.
- Manage staffing schedules, workload distribution, and resource utilization.
- Coach, mentor, and develop nursing staff competencies.
- Handle patient concerns and support service recovery initiatives.
- Participate in quality improvement, accreditation, and patient safety programs.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.
