Manager Organization Development
atMedpark Hospital- Develop and implement organization development strategies, competency frameworks, and HR tools aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct competency assessments (Leadership, Professional, and Core Competencies) and perform competency gap analysis.
- Design Individual Career Development Plans (ICDP) and succession planning programs.
- Manage and improve the Performance Management System (PMS) to ensure fairness, accuracy, and alignment with organizational strategy.
- Design and develop organizational structures, job roles, responsibilities, and reporting relationships.
- Build and strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, and corporate values.
- Conduct annual Employee Engagement Surveys and drive cultural improvement initiatives.
- Identify training needs, develop training programs, and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Analyze training outcomes and recommend continuous improvements.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
