We are looking for a energetic, young professional in the accountant position. Having a high sense of responsibility in maintaining records of financial transactions which include posting transaction/information to accounting software from source documents such as, but not limited to, invoices to customers, cash receipts and supplier invoices. Also, the position oversees the accounting and bookkeeping process, and accounting/financial related work. This person will report directly to the owner.

• • Enter Daily Ledger into the Accounting Software

• • Prepare Accounts Receivable

• • Prepare Accounts Payable (Expenses)

• • Coordinate and communicate with professional Accounting Company

• • Store accounting documents.

• • Prepare Tax Invoice / Receipt to Billing customers.

• • Prepare Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Financial statements

• • Process payroll & calculate Sales Commissions

• • Inventory recording

• • Cost Accounting - allocate expenses to orders & products

• • Bachelor degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or relevant.

• • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

• • 2-3 years experience in Accounting or related field

• • Has an excellent data entry skill with attention to details and thoroughness.

• • Able to prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.
