Senior Lead Software Engineer – C#
Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer with strong experience in C#, .Net , MS SQL Database to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving sophisticated technical challenges, and is passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that run on Azure.
You will be responsible for maintaining and evolving our backend infrastructure, which includes APIs, web services, and desktop applications. What you'll be doing:
  • Develop a deep understanding of business use cases and the technologies used, applying this knowledge to deliver effective and scalable solutions.
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions using C#, .NET, and MS SQL, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, encouraging a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams during refinement and planning sessions to analyze requirements, evaluate design options, estimate complexity, and define delivery strategies.
  • Champion software quality through automated testing, secure coding, and performance optimization, with a strong focus on maintainability and scalability.
  • Provides technical support and guidance to service engineers and internal customers
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across teams, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding of goals and tasks.
What will you bring:
  • Bachelor’s or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and architecture design.
  • Experience in software architecture and design, including microservices and distributed systems.
  • Strong skills and experience developing applications in C#, .Net Framework or other relevant languages.
  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL, data modeling, and performance optimization.
  • Solid understanding of design patterns, unit testing, and secure coding practices.
  • Experience in working Agile / Scrum environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work optimally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Desired Experience:
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native application development, preferably on Azure.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Experience with Test Driven Development and (TDD) or Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
  • AWS Certifications or Azure Certification are a plus.
  • Experience working with financial applications or a proven understanding of financial domain concepts
