Responsibilities:

Lead, support, and develop the sales team to achieve business targets Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers Expand business opportunities and drive revenue growth Coordinate with internal departments and overseas partners to deliver excellent service Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships Having Overseas / Freight Forwarding knowledge will be a strong advantage

Qualifications:
