Job Description
Responsibilities:
1) To lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of IT systems and services
2) To collaborate with vendor to develop ERP system.
3) To analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to
develop solutions.
4) To develop business process improvement to other departments.
5) To be responsible ERP system.
6) Oversee IT support functions for both software and hardware including the analysis, problem-
solving, recommendations and proposing action plans at store fronts and office.
7) To work with vendor to troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.
8) To monitor the performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity
levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure and software
9) Build IT strategy and roadmap to support company’s growth.

Qualifications:
1) Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineer, or a related field.
2) At least 10 years for Bachelor degree or 5 years for Master degree of experience working in IT with
knowledge of Servers (hardware and software), Storage (NAS), Computer(hardware and software), OS
(Windows Server, Windows 10), Networks (Switch, Router), Wifi Access Point, Firewall Policy.
3) Experience leading and managing IT projects.
4) Experience in managing ERP software.
5) Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills with an understanding of the financial side of
the business, excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
6) Able to build IT strategy.
7) Good command of English both spoken and written .
8) Good team leader.
9) Male/Female, age 35 years up.
