• Customer Service.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current families, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally..
• Work closely with other school departments to ensure a cohesive and welcoming experience for all families..
• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field..
• Experience in admissions, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within an international school setting..
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools..
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach..
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively..
• Proficiency in English and Thai, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage..
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software..
• Experience in using CRM systems and data management tools..
