Akaliko is industry leader in the production of hydraulic cylinders for mining companies worldwide. Over 15 years ago, Akaliko began manufacturing and servicing hydraulic cylinders for mining and industrial sectors as a Canadian-Thai joint venture business in Pathumthani, Thailand. Today, our business has expanded to over a dozen markets around the globe and beyond hydraulic cylinders with a global network of subsidiaries and business partners. From a five-people team in 2004 to today, Akaliko has grown into an intercontinental mining supplies and services firm focusing on hydraulic cylinders, components, systems, OEM replacement parts, and beyond.

We are now seeking an experienced senior accountant to join us in our Thailand head office.

Position: Global Accounting and Financial Associate

Global Accounting and Financial Associate will be responsible for accounting and making financial reports of Akaliko group of companies globally. In addition to that, he/she is also responsible for making budgets, tracking budgets, and conducting quarterly business reviews.

Working closely and directly report to CFO of the group (based in Indonesia) and senior executives of the Group (based in Thailand)

Working at the Corporate Level, assisting to analyze financial statements to ensure integrity, liaising with companies within the group to ensure appropriate management of all bank accounts 

• Regular cash flow reporting
• Manage liquidity and draw down of appropriate funds from companies within the group to support future investments
• Manage and oversee global expenses, providing appropriate financial analysis
• Lead the budget process for all the branches within the group
• Conduct business review for all branches to support them to improve operation efficiency to achieve the budget
• Prepare and manage taxes, audits, and identifying and resolving discrepancies
