Real Estate Development Advisor (Private Banking Business)
atKasikornbank PCL- Manage market research, market analysis and feasibility studies to provide information, advice and financial solutions in real estate development opportunities to High-Net-Worth clients.
- Ensure the development of high-level and detailed feasibility studies and financial models for all clients's projects.
- Collaborate with and manage coordination of internal and external partners to determine optimal scope, schedule and budget of project while managing financial risk during the development process.
- Location: Pahon Yothin Head Office (Aree BTS Station)
- Master's degree in finance, real estate management or related.
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate development
- Ability to conduct feasibility studies is a must.
