atKasikornbank PCL- เป็นศูนย์กลางการวิจัยให้กับสายงานฯ เกี่ยวกับตลาดผู้บริโภคและงานวิจัยในครัวเรือน รวมทั้งการว่าจ้างปละบริหารบริษัทวิจัยภายนอกให้ดำเนินการอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ได้ผลถูกต้องตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์
- วิเคราะห์และเสนอแนะการจัดกลุ่มลูกค้าที่มีประสิทธิผลให้แก่ทีมบริหารกลุ่มลูกค้า
- จัดทำข้อมูลลูกค้าเชิงลึก (Consumer Insight) เพื่อเป็นประโยชน์แก่ทีมกลยุทธ์ช่องทางบริการและการขาย
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลกลยุทธ์การตลาดให้กับสายงายงานธุรกิจลูกค้าบุคคลและเครือข่ายบริการ โดยการติดตามความเคลื่อนไหวของการแข่งขัน รวมถึงข้อมูล Best Practice พร้อมทั้งนำเสนอแก่ผู้บริหารระดับสูง และฝ่ายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำสำรวจ (Survey) ความต้องการและ insight ของลูกค้าบุคคลเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาและวางกลยุทธ์ใหม่ๆที่เหมาะสมต่อไป
- จัดทำข้อมูลด้านการตลาดผู้บริโภค ทำการสำรวจความต้องการและวิจัยในครัวเรือน รวมถึงข้อมูลสภาพแวดล้อมทางการแข่งขันที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการที่จะพัฒนากลยุทธ์การจัดการลูกค้าแต่ละกลุ่ม และพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโททางด้าน การตลาด การวิจัย หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทางด้านการวิจัยตลาดอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในระดับที่ดี
