Lead quality assurance, quality control, laboratory, and food safety functions at a leading food manufacturing company focused on high-quality products for both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee QA, QC, and Quality Systems functions across the manufacturing facility
• Manage incoming material inspections, in-process controls, finished product testing, and laboratory operations
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, including GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000
• Lead internal and external audits; manage corrective and preventive actions
• Investigate quality issues and customer complaints with root cause analysis
• Monitor hygiene, sanitation, pest control, and food safety compliance
• Develop and update standard operating procedures and quality documentation
• Collaborate across Production, Engineering, and Procurement teams
• Analyze KPI data and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage product holds, traceability, and recall readiness
• Ensure calibration and validation of laboratory equipment
• Develop training programs on food safety and quality systems

Required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Chemistry
• 5-10 years QA/QC experience in frozen or food manufacturing
• 3-5 years in a managerial role
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, and Halal requirements
• Laboratory management and Total Quality Management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Proficiency with AI tools for quality management and data analysis
