Job Roles: Learning Solution Design Manager

• Conduct secondary research and design 70:20:10 Learning Solutions to equip Competencies
  • 10 Self Learning Solutions e.g. Digital Learning, Workshop, Classroom, etc.
  • 20 Learning through Other Solutions e.g. Coaching, On the Job Training, etc.
  • 70 Learning by Doing Solutions e.g. Action Learning, Assignment, etc.
• Design transformative learning experiences
• Conduct primary research by working with Industry Experts to design Learning Solutions as well as secondary research from various local and global sources
• Work with client success team to deliver learning solutions, along with conducting the meeting session with clients as a project manager and learning solution specialist
• Consulting Project-based Engagement (Focus on Learning Solutions Design)
• Coordinate with partner team to engage new partners who are experts in various fields to collaborate with us in each virtual and in-house session
• Manage the requirements of instructors/experts and clients
• Discuss with clients and instructors/experts to design effective development programs and activities
• Develop scalable learning and development solutions, leveraging multiple channels and tools (such as digital learning, case studies, gamification, simulations, learning tool applications, and pre-post assessments) in support of a broad array of learners
