Role Scope:

• Formulate, implement, and actively source out high converting B2B/B2C sales and persuasion strategies, tools, and proven methods and work on the feasibility of incorporating them into our outreach efforts to increase acquisition and retention rates.
• Monitor and Evaluate Sales Trends and Market Data related to Learning Needs & Solutions.
• Generate Pipeline for Expansion into new areas of clients’ business and create opportunities for growth via expanded offerings.
• Capture all client requirements related to IRIS Solutions and work closely with Internal team to deliver and propose Learning Solution that fulfills clients’ requirements.
• Be the primary point of contact for the Instructional Design team to assist with the development and reiteration of relevant and contextualized sales training materials.

 Required Qualifications:    

• Graduated with Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Economics, or Marketing and Sales (MBA Preferred)
• Fluent in both Thai and English (Minimum Score of TOEIC 900)
• Self-reliant, commit to deliver, challenge self for perfection
• Work well under pressure and limited time
• Comfortable with small team environment
