Job Roles:

• Deliver sales training and learning via multiple modalities such as LMS based eLearning and Workshop Training.
• Actively source out high converting B2B sales and persuasion strategies, tools, and proven methods and work on the feasibility of incorporating them into our outreach efforts to increase acquisition and retention rates.
• Generate pipeline for expansion into new areas of clients’ business and create opportunities for growth via expanded offering.
• Monitor and evaluate sales trends, market data and brand performance reviews.
• Act as a point of contact accountable for the overall success of the client relationship and client satisfaction.
• Understand clients’ technology needs and advocate for appropriate product enhancement on behalf of clients inclusive of transform broad requirement into functional requirement.
• Be the primary point of contact and dedicated subject matter expert for the Instructional Design team to assist with the development and reiteration of relevant and contextualized sales training materials.
• Own the success of learning assets & training modules by tracking and ensuring LMS completion.
