Logistics Operation Associate

Key Responsibilities:

•         Logistics coordinator works in transportation, warehousing goods distribution

•         Coordinate and communicate closely to ensure smooth running of operations

•         Processes orders and oversees the cycle of order fulfillment

•         Monitoring operation behaviour to ensure operation rules are met

•         Provide sustainable operation solutions to solve all issues in a timely basis

•         Communicate on operation disciplinary issues to investigate and take necessary actions

•         Responsible to ensure supplies, stock, materials, packages or products are processed through the delivery and warehouse system efficiently and safely

•         Provide the continues improvement for operations processes

Qualifications:

•         0-5 years of experience, fresh graduates are also welcomed

•         Hardworking, confident self-starter and CAN-DO attitude

•         Extremely proactive, responsible, organized and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

•         Willingness to learn and high adaptability to new technology and ideas

•         Ability to handle multiple complex tasks with result-oriented

•         Communication and interpersonal skills, Good command in English

•         Ability to work independently and as a team

•         Prior experience with Google's Excel Sheets will be advantage
