Support end-to-end talent acquisition activities by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending qualified internal and external candidates. The role also supports employer branding and talent programs, manages recruitment channels and external vendors, ensures accurate applicant tracking and reporting, and helps identify talent gaps to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time.

• Source, screen, interview, and recommend qualified internal and external candidates across different job levels.

• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates to support current and future hiring needs.

• Identify talent shortages and support appropriate sourcing strategies.

• Place job advertisements through appropriate recruitment channels.

• Support employer branding and talent programs to attract and engage candidates.

• Ensure accurate applicant tracking and provide reports throughout all phases of the recruitment process.

• Manage and coordinate with external recruitment agencies and headhunters.

• Contribute to HR programs and policies related to recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, equal opportunity, and diversity.

• Continue to build knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers while working with a moderate level of guidance.

Your profileQualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• 0-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Talent Management. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.

• Basic knowledge of HR processes, particularly recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with HR systems or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) would be an advantage.

• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
