Your roleKey responsibilities in your new role

• Deliver technical, operational, and process-related training for operators and technicians to ensure compliance with company standards and manufacturing requirements.
• Conduct onboarding programs for new hires and refresher training for existing employees to maintain workforce competency.
• Facilitate both classroom and On-the-Job Training (OJT) sessions, ensuring employees are properly trained on equipment, processes, and work instructions.
• Assess employee competency through practical evaluations, skill assessments, and certification programs.
• Monitor and maintain employee skill certification records, ensuring timely recertification and training compliance.
• Develop, review, and continuously improve training materials, work instructions, assessment tools, and learning resources.
• Support training initiatives related to process changes, new work instructions, new product introductions (NPI), new equipment, and technology implementation.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP, ESD, safety regulations, and quality standards through effective training and coaching.
• Maintain accurate training documentation, records, and databases to support audit and compliance requirements.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance to operators and technicians to enhance performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with Production, UPE, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop workforce capability plans.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and deliver effective training programs.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, operational excellence, knowledge sharing, and employee development within the organization.

Your profileQualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Diploma (Higher Vocational Certificate) or above in a technical or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or the semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge of machine operation, SOPs, GMP, ESD, and quality standards.
• Training, coaching, or certification experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and people development skills.
