We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Account Manager to manage strategic customer accounts. The successful candidate will serve as the primary commercial interface between the company and the customer, ensuring excellent account management, supply chain coordination, and operational execution.

This role

requires close collaboration with customer teams, internal stakeholders, and

global counterparts across Asia and Europe. The candidate must be highly

organized, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating cross-functional

discussions and international meetings across multiple time zones.

Your roleKey responsibilities in your new role

  • Manage and grow strategic customer relationships while

ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Identify business growth opportunities and support revenue

expansion initiatives.

  • Manage, review & analyze customer

forecasts, demand planning, inventory, backlog management, and supply chain

activities.

  • Support product lifecycle activities,

including Product

Change Notifications (PCN) and Engineering Change Notifications (ECN) management,

New Product Introduction (NPI), product transitions, and End of Life (EOL)

processes

  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering,

Quality, and Product teams to resolve issues and drive execution

  • Facilitate and organize conference

calls with

teams located in Europe, China, Thailand, and other regions

  • Conduct business reviews, monitor KPIs, prepare

account performance reports, and manage operational and supply-related risks

  • Monitor key performance indicators

(KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, forecast accuracy, delivery performance, and revenue growth.

Your profileQualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Bachelor's

Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field; Master's Degree is a plus.

  • Minimum 5

years of experience in Account Management, Sales Operations, Customer Service,

Supply Chain Management, or related customer-facing roles within the electronics, semiconductor, EMS, or manufacturing industry.

  • Proven experience managing strategic customers and cross-functional projects.
  • Hands-on experience in demand forecasting, MRP

planning, supply chain operations, logistics coordination, Product Change

Notification (PCN) management, New

Product Introduction (NPI), Inventory

management and backlog control Language

Requirements would be a plus

  • Fluent

in English (written and spoken) to support communication with global customers

and cross-functional teams.

  • Fluent

in Mandarin (written and spoken) to support business communications with

Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders.

  • Thai language proficiency for

supporting customers and operations in Thailand.

  • Ability to

work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
