About the role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Software Developer (Full-stack) to join our team. This is a full-stack position (C# .NET + React) working on System Development Projects (BPP / iMaster / iGarantee). You will report to the Technical Lead / Project Manager and work with SA, BA, UX/UI, and QA/UAT teams. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in web application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop all three web applications (BPP, iMaster, iGarantee) according to specifications and the Common Design standard.

• Develop the backend with C# .NET (Web API), business logic, and shared services.

• Develop the frontend with React following the UX/UI design and display standards (field format, message box, sorting, pagination, etc.).

• Connect to and manage the Microsoft SQL Server database; write queries/stored procedures and improve performance (performance tuning).

• Write unit tests, perform code reviews, and maintain code quality per standards (coding standard, naming convention, security).

• Fix bugs from SIT/UAT testing and maintain the system after delivery.

• Apply AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to help develop, review, debug, and refactor code, and analyze logs/issues to find root causes and fix them faster.

• Collaborate on technical design with SA/Tech Lead and mentor junior developers.

• Support deployment through CI/CD processes and prepare related technical documentation.

Required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in web application development.

• Proficiency in C# and .NET (.NET Core / .NET 6/8), RESTful Web API development, and Entity Framework.

• Proficiency in React (function components, hooks, state management such as Redux/Context), JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server databases and proficiency in T-SQL/stored procedures.

• Use of Git version control and understanding of team development processes (branching, pull request, code review).

• Understanding of REST API, authentication/authorization (JWT/OAuth), and system integration.

Preferred

Qualifications

• Experience with procurement systems (e-Procurement) or government/state enterprise systems.

• Experience with microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

• Knowledge of cloud (Azure/AWS) and performance/security optimization (OWASP).

• Experience with the Waterfall (SDLC) methodology and milestone-based delivery, as well as Agile/Scrum.

As the system is complex with many issues to resolve, developers who use AI as a tool to increase development speed and quality and to solve problems are preferred.

• Use AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) to enhance development efficiency and quality.

• Use AI to help debug, refactor, write unit tests, and perform preliminary code review, while always verifying correctness yourself.

• Prompt engineering skills for development, analyzing errors/logs, and quickly identifying root causes.

• Understand the limitations and security/licensing risks of AI-generated code and use it appropriately per project standards.

• (Preferred) Experience integrating/developing features using AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI / Azure OpenAI) or RAG/LLM integration.
