Personal Assistant
atI Am Consulting Group Co., Ltd.- Providing full secretarial support to Director.
- Handling claim, bills and travel arrangements for Director.
- Arranging meeting and taking minutes.
- Develops and maintains highly confidential matters.
- Advise MD's availability to facilitate scheduling of meetings.
- Coordinate internal and external appointments or meetings
- Other personal duties as assigned.
- Bachelor degree or higher in any related fields.
- At least 2 years' expereinces as an secretary, assistant or administrative roles.
- Excellent in prioritizing works and communication with internal and external parties.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken) both Thai and English
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
